ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner wants the first respondent to conclude the petition mentioned proceeding. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the next hearing date is 10.08.2022. He states that within a period of ten weeks thereafter the entire proceedings will be concluded. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. The first respondent will put the third respondent and other interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order.
