The petitioner, with an allegation that the official respondents are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, a case in Cr.No.24 of 2023 has been registered and the same is also closed as "Further Action Dropped". 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
