ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein wherein it is stated that they would consider the application filed by the Vadaku Theru Jamaadh Administrative Committee as per the provisions of the Act.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the application submitted for renewal of the Society has been returned. 2/4
