ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 420 IPC, in Cr.No.120 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 and A4 are running the society in the name and style of prompt Multi State Co-operative House Building Society, at Rajakkamangalam. This petitioner is the Senior Advisor, Co-ordinator and Broker for A1 to A3. They received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- from the defacto complainant for getting employment as a Manager in the Multi State Co-operative House Building Society. Further, they demanded a sum of Rs.10 lakhs for the post of Regional Manager. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is only broker and he has nothing to do with the other accused persons. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed. Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and since there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
