O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Sivagangai to consider the bail application on his surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the Petition in Crime No.121/2021 on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in 15 previous case and he is also a History Sheeted rowdy.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the present case, the petitioner is not involved and therefore, seeks a direction.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is not entitled to discretionary right to get a direction. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
