ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the 4th respondent's fictitious complaint under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is seen that it is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein over the non procreation of child, for that issue, one Rajendran, who is the father of the 4th respondent herein has given a complaint against the father of this petitioner as if they are preventing them from performing the second marriage.

3. Such sort of enquiry need not be undertaken by the third respondent. Let the third respondent close the enquiry and advise the parties to resolve the issue by themselves.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
