RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.MP(MD)NO. 8421/2018 in dated 24.10.2018 Crl.OP(MD)No. 15352/2018 dated 18.09.2018 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Virudhunagar Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8421 of 2018, dated 24.10.2018, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15352 of 2018, dated 18.09.2018 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.
2.This Court by order dated 18.09.2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Crime No.7 of 2018, since the defacto complainant has been cheated to the tune of Rs.12,00,000/- and thereafter, he executed sureties before the concerned Court. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed a petition to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties. Now, the petitioner has filed a petition seeking another extension of time.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as he is unable to contact the petitioner, he is not in a position to state that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court by paying a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. At that time, it was informed to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the defacto complainant has no records for making the payment of Rs.5,00,000/-. Hence, they are not willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as per the order of this Court.
4.Considering the same, this petition is dismissed. 5.It is made clear that as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15352 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands cancelled.
