O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a service inam-holder in respect of the property in Survey No.475 measuring 5.55.50 hectares in Kalimanthaiyam Village which belonged to Arulmighu Vartharaja Perumal Kovil. The second respondent appears to have given a complaint against the petitioner to dispossess. According to them, enquiry has been conducted.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner and only the petitioner has given a complaint-cum-representation stating that the second respondent is making trouble and that was closed in CSR No.197 of 2021 dated 18.08.2021 advising the petitioner to approach the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowment Department https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since no complaint is pending against the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of.
