2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent.

3. The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2017 and permit him to conduct demonstration on 28.09.2017 at about 4 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. near Thevar Statue at Sayalgudi, Ramanathapuram District.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if he is so advised. No costs.
