Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner aggrieved by the execution of the impugned sale deed by respondents 3 to 5 in favour of the second respondent. The petitioner wants the said registration to be cancelled. When they moved the first respondent, the first respondent informed the petitioner that the petitioner will have to move the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.I am of the view that the first respondent has taken the correct stand. Therefore, the order impugned in this writ petition does not call for any interference. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

4.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The rights of the writ petitioner are left open. No costs.
