ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Till date, no First Information Report has been registered. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to co-operate in the enquiry.

4. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that the enquiry is still pending and that the defacto complainant has not furnished all the particulars. If at the end of the enquiry the respondent decides to register First Information Report, the petitioner will be put on notice and given breathing time so that he can renew his application for anticipatory bail.
