Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks relief under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation / application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Notice shall be issued to all the interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
