ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records relating to the impugned FIR in 1/4

Crime No.1764 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur as 'further action dropped'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Further the second respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant/second respondent, if not served and on receipt of the same, the he is at liberty to approach the concerned court by way of protest petition in the manner known to law.
