The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 based on his representation, dated 02.02.2024 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have enquired into the complaint and closed the same on 02.04.2024. 3.If the petitioner is having any grievance as against the report of the respondent police, he has to workout his remedy before the concerned Court by filing a private complaint.
