ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and permit the petitioners to execute surety bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatram. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that at the time of filing the main petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3667 of 2025, the FIR copy was not available in the official website and therefore, the petitioners have mentioned the satisfaction court as the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. While producing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, it is came to know that the petitioners have to produce the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatram, who is the jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore he has filed the present petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3667 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025 in para 7(i) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatram. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Further two weeks time is extended to execute the sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
