ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025, made in W.M.P. (MD)No.9858 of 2025 in W.P.(MD)No.13673 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that this Court had granted an order of status quo on 29.04.2025. However, the second respondent had already joined duty at Ottapidaram Panchayat prior to the said order, on 17.04.2025 and therefore, no contempt would arise.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
