ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294 (b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.321 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant, who is an eye-witness in a murder case and this petitioner/accused in the murder case has attempted to attack the de-facto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in the following crimes:
