O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to modify the condition in respect of deposit portion alone imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.48 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, the trial Court has imposed the condition that a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs has to be deposited to the credit of Crime NO. 11 of 2024 of the respondent police, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, which is an onerous condition. He further submitted that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to A1 by imposing a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1 Lakh to the credit of the Crime No.11 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complaint to the tune of Rs.37 Lakhs in the name of job racketeering. Therefore, he strongly objected to allow this petition. 2/5

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.48 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025, is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1 Lakh (Rupees One Lakh) to the credit of Crime NO.11 of 2024 of the respondent police, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

6.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner represented that at present the petitioner was confined at Central Prison, Trichy and requested to mark a copy to the said Prison. 21.05.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
