O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the occurrence a case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C in Crime No.23 of 2021. Change of investigation request has been before this Court and it is pending. During the pendency of the matter, it appears that the mother of the daughter-in-law of the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent upon which he has been called upon to attend the enquiry.

3. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit, on instruction from the second respondent, to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11823 of 2021 that no enquiry or petition is pending against the petitioner and the petitioner was not called upon for any sort of enquiry.

4. Since no complaint is registered against the petitioner, nothing more is required and if there is any necessity in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court and get appropriate relief.

5. With the above direction this petition is disposed of.
