ORDER

The Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous due to efflux of time, as the temple festival, namely the 11th Day Mandagapadi [Vaikasi Month Festival], scheduled on 23.05.2025 for the Old Vathalakundu Varthaga Sangam in Arulmigu Sri Mahaparameswari Temple, located at Old Vathalakundu, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, has already been celebrated.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate authorities for seeking relief in relation to the ensuing temple festival in the year 2026. No costs.
