Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct detailed enquiry and to take necessary action against the respondent Nos.6 to 8 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2017 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 6 to 8, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2017.
2. Alleging certain irregularities committed by the respondents 6 to 8, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.09.2017 before the respondents 1 to 4. Since the same was not considered so far, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already the petitioner's representation has been enquired into by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Periyakulam and after enquiry, the complaint has been closed as a false one.
4. In view of the fact that already, the petitioner's representation has been duly considered by the authorities concerned, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted at this stage. If at all the petitioner has any grievance against the order passed, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
5. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
