Pleased to call for the records relating to the judgment of conviction dated 29.10.2020 made in C.A No.08/2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram conforming the judgment dated 13.02.2020 made in C.C No. 126/2016 on the file of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai against the petitioner and set aside the same as illegal and allow the above revision as prayed for. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.REKHA, Advocate for MR.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government (Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2846 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.290 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2846 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.290 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2846 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.290 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
