to Extend the time in CRL.M.P.(MD) 3715 of 2019 in CRL.OP (MD) No.1588 of 2019 in dated 23.04.2019 for surrendering executing the bond and produce the sureties Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.1575, 1576, 1577, 1578, 1579, 1580, 1581, 1582, 1583, 1584, 1585, 1586, 1587 and 1588 of 2019 respectively dated 23.04.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This Court on 26.08.2019 has passed the following order: "This Court by the common order dated 01.02.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.(MD). 3/5

Nos.3702 to 3715 of 2019 and got time extension for a further period of two weeks by way of orders dated, 23.04.2019.

2.Now, after three months the petitioner has filed these petitions seeking extension of further time. It appears that there is an inordinate delay in approaching this Court for seeking extension of further time. Hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner may be directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in each petition as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining these petitions (totally a sum of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only).

3. Hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One thousand only) in each petition as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 29.08.2019.

4. Post the case before this Court on 30.08.2019"

As per the order passed by this Court on 26.08.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in each petitions as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining these petitions (totally a sum of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) on 28.08.2019 and he has also filed a memo to that effect along with the xerox copy of the Challan before this Court, hence these petitions are entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.1575, 1576, 1577, 1578, 1579, 1580, 1581, 1582, 1583, 1584, 1585, 1586, 1587 and 1588 of 2019 respectively dated 23.04.2019 for surrendering before the concerned Magistrate and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
