To call for the records relating to the judgment of conviction dated 29/10/2020 made in C.A.No.08 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram confirming the judgment dated 13/02/2020 made in C.C.No.126 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai against the petitioner and set aside the same as illegal and allow the above revision as prayed for and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State (Criminal Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.

2582 of 2021 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.90 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2582 of 2021 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.90 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6296 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2582 of 2021 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.90 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
