ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.05.2017.

2.The petitioner claims that he owns land to an extent of 3 Acres 17 cents in Survey No.102 situated at Keelakottai Revenue Village, Chinnalapattai Sub Division, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner would further state that he gave a representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents on 07.05.2017 to survey his land and to fix the boundaries and to issue individual patta to him. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, he has filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.C.M.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.In the light of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.05.2017 and take appropriate action as per law after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
