************ The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take necessary legal action against the 3rd and 4th respondents regarding trespass of the petitioner's land situated at Tholappan Pannai Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District and the same to evict the 3rd and 4th respondents from the petitioner's land forthwith. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the respondents 3 and 4 and the same has not been considered so far. 5.In view of the above, without going into the merits or the contentions made by the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to complete the enquiry by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
