RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10321 of 2021, dated 4.08.2021 to execute two common sureties on behalf of all the petitioners for a bond to the sum of Rs.10,000/- for each sureties instead of executing two sureties for each petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are family members and closely related to each other and the defacto complainant is the son of the first petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties in time, hence he seeks modification of the condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
