ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Thanjavur to dispose of the S.T.C.No.109 of 2014 on his file within time a frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the documents regarding expert opinion had been returned to the Advocate Commissioner as earlier as on 27.07.2017 however, thereafter there is no progress in the case till date and the case has been pending for more that four years. Hence, the petitioner sought for a direction to the learned Magistrate to expedite the trial and complete the same, within a time frame. 3.Taking into consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.109 of 2014 and complete the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
