ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the closure of complaint passed by the 2nd respondent in Petition No.2049/2025 dated 06.09.2025 and petition No.2232/2025 dated 25.09.2025 and also to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry with the petitioner and the 3rd respondent regarding the petition submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2025 & 14.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the third respondent. However, no action has been taken thereon. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the private respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to issue notices to both the petitioner and the third 2/4

respondent under Section 64 BNSS, and to conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaints dated 30.08.2025 & 14.09.2025, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
