ORDER

Though this petition has been filed to quash the proceedings initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, now, confined his submission only with regard to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

2.Considering the submissions and taking note of the fact that the loan transaction led to filing of the complaint, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, except for answering the charges, receiving copies, questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., or any other date to be fixed by the trial Court. The trial Court shall also expedite the trial and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
