ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner sought police clearance certificate. The petitioner's request was closed. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the police submitted that Crime No.122 of 2013 is pending on the file of Melur Police Station against the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to the order dated 06.10.2023 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16169 of 2023. It is seen therefrom that the aforesaid criminal case has been quashed. The respondents are therefore directed to issue police clearance certificate. 2/4
