The present writ petition is filed for mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 regarding the fraudulent document in Document No. 269/2021 dated 10.02.2021 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Panbozhi, Tenkasi District.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, her mother has already submitted an application stating that the said Document is fraudulent document executed by the 4th petitioner. An enquiry was conducted and pending enquiry, the petitioner's mother died. Thereafter, the enquiry was not conducted and the same is still pending. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed with the said enquiry and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
