ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner's lands were acquired in the year 2013. The petitioner claims that he filed an appeal before the first respondent on 23.01.2016. His grievance is that the appeal is yet to be disposed of.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
