Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in anyway preventing the petitioner's union members from parking their autorickshaw on the side of the Marthandam Market Road without causing any hindrance to public or traffic by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2025.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from preventing the petitioner union members from parking their Auto-rickshaw on the side of the Marthandam Market Road by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2025. 2/4
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the request of the petitioner union dated 26.04.2025 has been considered and a reply has also been sent to the petitioner union on 08.05.2025, requesting the petitioner union to apply afresh application, after getting No Objection Certificate from the Highways Department and Police Department.
3. In view of the above said submissions, this writ petitions stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner union to apply afresh, after getting No Objection Certificate from the Highways Department and Police Department. No costs.
