ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in Sy.Nos.244/5 and 244/10 Kalathur Group Village, Devakottai Taluk and Sivagangai District, measuring to an extent of 0.01.21 and 0.05.12 hectares respectively based on the order passed by the first respondent in Pa.Mu.A1/6999/2019 dated 27.09.2019, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2019 and 08.05.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that in the Adangal extract, the property in respect of S.No.244/5 and 244/10, stands

in the name of the petitioner. He would also clarify that insofar as the Natham Land, issue of patta is proposed.
