O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of summons issued by the first respondent in TR No.2 of 2017 dated 09.05.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the lands in S.No.128/1 to an extent of 1 acre and 86 cents and in S.No.128/3 to an extent of 0.15 cents in Sakkimangalam Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District and since then, he is in possession and enjoyment of the same and no encumbrance was found https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the said property. While so, the first respondent had issued summons dated 09.05.2017, directing the petitioner to appear before him for enquiry. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition. 4.Though the impugned order is only a notice for appearance of the petitioner, apprehending that the authorities may prolong the issue, the petitioner is before this Court. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry, scheduled to be held on 06.10.2017 within a period of two weeks from today.
