ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.04.2014 and 18.07.2011.

2.According to the petitioner, requesting to appoint him as Technical Assistant, he made representations dated 12.04.2014 and 18.07.2011, which according to him, have not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, he is before this Court, seeking for appropriate direction to the respondents.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed.

4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
