Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner seeks copies of the documents mentioned in the writ petition.

4. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the notifications issued under Section 3A and Section 3D are the public notifications.

5. I am of the view that when the respondents can be directed to give a copy of the award passed under Section 3D, they can also be directed to furnish copies of the other documents sought for by the petitioner. The fourth respondent is in possession of these documents. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to furnish copies of the documents sought for by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
