ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 14.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.20458 of 2023.

2. The learned Counsels appearing on either side submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by way of proceedings dated 07.01.2025, issued by the first respondent in the writ petition.

3. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 11.12.2024, today, the contemnor / 1st respondent is present before this Court, and his further presence is hereby dispensed with.

4. In view of the above said circumstances, this contempt petition stands closed.
