O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent dated 14.09.2017 having Ref. No.A1/11405/2017 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to take necessary action on petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the concerned authorities to transfer him to another place as sought by him in his earlier representation dated 29.05.2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the said endorsement made by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation on or before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.10.2017 to the competent authority, who shall thereafter consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
