Respondent/Respondent/Petitioner Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records made in Cr.M.P.No.6 of 2018 in M.C.No.191 of 2015 dated 22.02.2019 on the file of Family Court, Madurai and set aside the portion of the order where an interim maintenance of Rs.5 lakhs was ordered to be paid and allow the same without any condition by allowing this Criminal Revision Case.

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has opposed to witrhdraw this petition.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Further the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
