ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to place all the records relating to the petitioner's case along with his complaint, dated 05.08.2021 before the second respondent so as to make him to cause an initiation of proceedings in terms of Section 145 of Cr.P.C as prayed for through his representation, dated 12.08.2021 as expeditiously as possible.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
