The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 104 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.101 of 2018 dated 21.07.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
