This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to R1 to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner for plastering the alley part of her house from R2 and R3. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2022, CSR No.460 of 2022 has been registered by the first respondent and it is pending for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions, the first respondent Police is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With this directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
