ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 6, 9 and 10 to take action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner's daughter and representation of the petitioner, dated 15.08.2021 in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 04.10.2021.
3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the fresh cause of action, if she is so advised. No costs.
