This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6227 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.3 of 2025 on 14.05.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition as prayed for. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
