ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Primary Anganvadi Worker, Kothiyarkottai Child Development Project Office, Ramanathapuram District.
2. This matter was adjourned for filing counter by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that a communication received by him from the Child Development Project Officer stating that the writ petitioner has not submitted required certificates for considering for the post of Primary Anganvadi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner produced all the original documents which are sought for by the third respondent, but the third respondent has declined to receive it without specific Court order.
4. In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is hereby directed to report before the third respondent along with the copy of this order and all the original certificates within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as sought for in the proceedings of the District Collector, dated 13.08.2018, on such production of the documents, the third respondent shall give effect to the appointment order of the District Collector.
