Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is imparting teacher education in B.Ed degree course. Their re-cognition was withdrawn by the Regional Committee of NCTE on 16.03.2021. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. Seeking disposal of the said appeal, this writ petition has been filed. 2/4

3. The case on hand pertains to the right of the petitioner to run an Institution. When the statutory remedy is available and the petitioner has availed the same, it is the duty of the appellate body to give a speedy and expeditious disposal. Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
