Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JENIFAR BIBIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7535 of 2024, dated 23.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 25 days. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7535 of 2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation.
