ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No. 3863 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 3863 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned I Additional Special Judge for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly once, ie. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
